Together with our innovative team of chefs, local farmers, hunters and producers are at the heart of an ever-changing 3 course vegetable-focused menu that evolves with the seasons, with more and more coming directly from the regenerative fields of Michelberger Farm. The menu is never written down, providing a dynamic and interactive storytelling experience between guests and servers. We offer homemade bread and snacks, followed by a variety of 6-8 sharing plates and individual omnivore or vegan mains, as well as daily specials. In keeping with our philosophy, we have a spirited list of artisanal wines from local importers, and a selection of thoughtfully-crafted spirits and house-mixed cocktails from the bar. Dinner is served Tuesday-Saturday from 6-11pm for 48 euro per person. Dessert is additional.
