With jams and preserves made from the fruits of Michelberger Farm, homemade bread and pastries and a variety of warm and cold savoury dishes from our kitchen, our brunch buffet has an abundant offering for all palates. Locally-roasted coffee from The Barn and a selection of teas are included.
Together with our innovative team of chefs, local farmers, hunters and producers are at the heart of an ever-changing 3 course vegetable-focused menu that evolves with the seasons, with more and more coming directly from Michelberger Farm. The menu is never written down, providing a dynamic and interactive storytelling experience between guests and servers.
We use the best German-milled flour to produce our rye-based, sourdough bread — about 6-10 kinds — baked fresh daily.
