As one half of I'm A Kombo, Bo Lindegaard created many a memorable events with us over the years. This time he's flying solo and presenting an interactive vegetable feast!
The idea is to create a social scenario similar to when you sit with a bunch of friends eating a seafood platter - casual, convivial, summery and fun. But on this occasion, in a vegetable, farm to table way!
The joy of eating Bo's food comes not only from the execution of his techniques and intuitive food combinations, but also from the fact that he's an excellent creator of food experiences. So for this reason - and because the element of surprise is half the fun - we won't divulge much more. Except to say that the Vegetable Plateau is best enjoyed with a few friends! The menu is a set price of € 15 per person, no bookings required.
And for this, the 5th event of our 10 Summers program we'll also be launching the 10 Summers Berliner Weisse we are making with the fine folk at Berliner Berg! The beer, which will be bottled on 25th July, is going to be an elderflower and cucumber sour beer, so a perfect fit for Bo's Vegetable Plateau! It can be drunk now but it's also able to be cellared for up to 10 years, so we'll be putting some aside to enjoy over the coming summers too!

Save the date: The Fiskebar crew are coming to the hotel!
Also opening its doors in 2009, Kødbyens Fiskebar is a treasured fixture of Copenhagen's restaurant scene. Renowned for the best sustainable fish and seafood, prepared with a lightness of touch in the most convivial of atmospheres, Fiskebar is a place where guests can drop in for a glass of bubbles and a plate of oysters, or go all in and enjoy a 7 course tasing menu with wines to match.
On 11 August, head chef Jamie Lee and his chefs Søren L, Søren S and Ernesto will share with us the dishes which represent what Fiskebar is all about. And five of their front of house team will also be coming over and jumping into service, so we'll get the full Fiskebar experience!
Snacks and oysters from 4pm then dinner service between 6pm and 9pm. Emily will pick out the wines and our colleague from the restaurant Adam Purnell will be playing his best records too. We can't wait!
